We follow strict infection-control protocols, use single-use or autoclaved instruments, and invest in hospital-grade disinfectants and world-leading laser platforms. Every new client receives a thorough consultation and patch test so we can design a truly bespoke plan—and ensure you leave the clinic feeling confident, cared for and visibly renewed.
- Appointments of 20 minutes or longer require a $50 deposit to secure the time.
- Late-cancellation (within 24 hours) or non-attendance may forfeit the deposit or incur a $50 fee, as our clinicians are rostered and paid for every reserved session.
- Please arrive on time so we can deliver your full treatment. If you are running late, call us as soon as possible—where feasible we will adjust; otherwise the session may be shortened to avoid delays for the next guest.
